Delivery invoices are due within ten business days of service, though extensions may be available by contacting us at (719) 683-2400.

Our Budget Billing program offers our customers the convenience of equal monthly payments throughout the year.
Our Budget Billing program offers our customers the convenience of equal monthly payments, helping you to reduce your heating expenses during the cold winter months.
The program begins in June and ends in May of the following year. Customers who take advantage of this program are placed on route deliveries and their propane supply is kept full throughout the year.

Please ensure that either the customer name for the account is listed on the check or that the customer account number is provided with the payment.
Attention Check Writer:
Please make checks payable to Apollo Propane, Inc. In doing so you expressly authorize us, if your check is returned for any reason, to electronically debit your account for the amount of the check plus a (CO) NSF of $20.00. The use of a check for payment is your acknowledgement of the NFS check policy.
